Delete your account

You delete your Bitcoin Canvas account inside the app. There is no form on this website.

In the app

1. Open Bitcoin Canvas and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

What happens

• Connected exchange keys and watched on-chain wallets are removed immediately, and your account is disabled.
• Everything else is permanently deleted after about 30 days: your profile, transactions, goals, Penny chat history, sign-in account and analytics profile.
• We keep pseudonymized usage events, not linked to your name or email.
• Records we must keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons are kept only for the period the law requires.
• Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings.

Can't get into the app?

Email support@mangosteen.studio from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We delete it the same way.
